Unlocked Device Required

Both carrier lock and country lock must be removed. Phones from USA, Canada, Japan, or Philippines must be verified unlocked. Refunds are not available for lock-related incompatibility.

Device Reboot May Be Required

Depending on your handset, up to 5 reboots after SIM insertion may be needed before connectivity is established. This is normal behavior.

Same-Day Booking Window

For same-day pickup, complete your purchase at least 2 hours before your designated pickup time to ensure counter processing.

Speed Throttling Policy

Carrier policy allows speed throttling in cases of heavy data usage over a short period, without prior notice. Refunds are not available for speed-related issues.

Voucher Validity

The voucher is valid only on the designated date (or designated date and time if specified). Present your passport and voucher at the counter.

No SMS Identity Verification

Korea SIM does not support Korean personal identity SMS verification. Certain apps requiring this may not function on this SIM.

? Can I use this SIM card for identity verification? −

Data eSIMs and voice-enabled data SIMs cannot be used for personal identity (real-name) verification. However, basic phone-number-based SMS verification may work in some cases. Data-only SIMs do not support identity verification or SMS verification of any kind.

? Is this SIM compatible with all phone models? +

The Korea SIM card is compatible with most unlocked (carrier-unlocked) smartphones. If your phone has a country lock, please contact your carrier to remove it before arriving in Korea. Phones from the USA, Canada, Japan, or the Philippines must be fully unlocked to use this SIM.
